Our dream began in the Mantuan territory from a small bakery that, with passion, creativity and from generation to generation, was able to cross its own borders to become the big institution it is today, reaching every Italian’s table with its values.

Bread and its new shapes

We have been in the bread industry for more than 70 years, kneading flour, water and fantasy. We didn’t stop to the usual type of bread, instead we gave it new shapes, new flavours, new inspirations for an assorted and constantly renovated range of products.

Our process

Only with the right times you obtain the best taste. That is why we process the dough slowly, following a long rising and rest times. Thanks to the experience of our master bakers, we bake fragrant and crumbly delicacies every day, each with different shapes and flavours.
