Wholemeal Bruschetta with rosemary

Our wholemeal bruschetta is born from the perfect mix of wholemeal flour, oat flakes, mother yeast and rosemary.

Enriched with raw olive oil only at the end, it is crunchy and light, with an unmistakable and lingering rosemary aroma.

It is good for your health too thanks to the recipe rich in fibers, with only natural flavours and delicately baked, not fried. That is why it is perfect if you want to have a light snack during the day.
